Villa Details

This Vacation home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths.

Two Master Bedrooms have King Size beds.                                    

The two secondary rooms have two twin beds each.

The house is equipped with central air and heat and

each room has its own flat screen TV

The Vacation home is fully equipped:

Kitchen: Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Washer, Dryer, Iron and roning board and such

Pool: Your pool is facing south with underwater lighting, child security fence and could be heated if so desired.

On the covered porch area are a dining set (Chairs and table) and a couple of lounge chairs

There are plenty of bed linen and towels for your use.

A Computer and inkjet printer are available for your use. The house also provides free wireless Internet so you can use your own laptop to go online.

General Information

The villa is located minutes away from Highway 192 and about 10 minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Aquatica and other Theme parks.. The next beach is about an hour away. You can reach both the east coast as well as the west coast with its white sandy beaches by car. The closest beach is Cocoa Beach on the east coast.

The closest Grocery store is the Wal-Mart Supercenter which is 2 minutes from the house. Walmart is open 24 hours so it is convenient at any time. Other shopping locations and a large selection of restaurants are close nearby.
